How do I get 20% OFF?
You can save a total of 20% of your first order by:
Filling up our Product Request Form. Click "Get 20% OFF on the Hero Section of the Home Page and get 10% OFF with the code that pops up when you complete the form. This is a one-time code.
Signing up as a new member (EXTRA 10% OFF). This discount is permanent for all our members.
** Members discounts will be automatically applied on your cart.
How do I place an order?
Browse products on our website, add your items to cart, and complete checkout using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your site currently shows standard ecommerce actions like Add to Cart and Buy Now on product pages.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! Eligible U.S. orders over $50 can receive free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page. For more information, refer to Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product, supplier availability, and carrier performance. Because some orders may be fulfilled through supplier-supported shipping, delivery times may differ depending on what you order.
Do you ship outside North Carolina?
Yes. While we are starting in North Carolina, we are building JFC Medical Supplies to serve customers across the United States.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Maybe. If your order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I return a product if I no longer need it?
Some items may be returned if they are unused, unopened, and still in resalable condition within the return window listed in our Return and Refund Policy.
What items are non-returnable?
Certain products may be non-returnable for safety, hygiene, or supplier reasons. This may include opened or used items, hygiene-sensitive products, certain nutrition products, infant formula, prescription-related items, and some special-order or final-sale products. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
