Shipping Policy

At JFC Medical Supplies, LLC (“JFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. Because many of our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and dropship partners, shipping times, carrier options, and delivery estimates may vary by product, order contents, destination, and supplier availability.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We reserve the right to restrict shipping for certain products, locations, territories, P.O. boxes, freight-forwarding addresses, or jurisdictions where shipment is limited by supplier policy or applicable law.

2. Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $50.00 or more before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or in a specific promotion.

Free shipping:

  • applies only to qualifying orders shipped to eligible U.S. addresses;

  • applies to standard shipping only;

  • does not apply to expedited shipping, oversized items, special-order items, freight shipments, or products excluded from the offer;

  • may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time in our sole discretion.

If an order total falls below the free shipping threshold after discounts, promotions, refunds, or item cancellations, standard shipping charges may apply.

3. Shipping Rates

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on one or more of the following:

  • order value,

  • item weight,

  • package size,

  • supplier location,

  • shipping destination,

  • delivery method selected.

Certain products may ship separately and may incur separate shipping charges depending on supplier fulfillment requirements.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed after payment authorization is received and accepted. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • supplier processing times,

  • product availability,

  • prescription or eligibility verification, where applicable,

  • fraud screening,

  • weekends and holidays,

  • high-order-volume periods.

Submitting an order does not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment unless expressly stated on the Site.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown on the Site or at checkout are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Because our business may rely on supplier-supported dropshipping, delivery times may be affected by:

  • supplier inventory levels,

  • manufacturer backorders,

  • order verification,

  • shipping carrier delays,

  • weather events,

  • force majeure events,

  • and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we advertise a shipping timeframe, we intend to have a reasonable basis for that estimate. If we are unable to ship within the advertised timeframe, or within the time required by applicable law when no timeframe is stated, we may send a delay notice and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel for a refund, as required by law. The FTC’s Mail Order Rule requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for shipment promises and, when delays occur, to offer delay notices and prompt refunds where required.

6. Supplier-Fulfilled and Dropship Orders

JFC primarily operates through supplier-supported dropshipping and may also use third-party fulfillment partners or, in some cases, direct fulfillment.

As a result:

  • products in the same order may ship separately;

  • different items may arrive on different dates;

  • packaging may vary by supplier;

  • supplier-specific lead times may apply;

  • inventory shown on the Site may change before fulfillment is completed.

We reserve the right to split shipments, substitute fulfillment methods, or cancel items that become unavailable.

7. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • carrier service interruptions,

  • severe weather,

  • natural disasters,

  • public health events,

  • labor disruptions,

  • customs or regulatory delays,

  • supplier backorders,

  • manufacturer shortages,

  • inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is materially delayed, we may, in our discretion and as required by law, notify you and offer available options.

8. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, misdelivered, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unserviceable address provided by the customer:

  • additional shipping charges may apply;

  • reshipment may be delayed;

  • certain items may become non-returnable or non-refundable, especially health-related, hygiene-sensitive, or supplier-restricted products.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or is missing items, please contact us within [insert number] days of the marked delivery date or receipt.

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • the name of the product,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and, if applicable, photos of the package, label, and item.

We may investigate with the supplier, carrier, or fulfillment partner before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

10. Shipping Restrictions for Certain Products

Some products may require special handling, prescription review, eligibility confirmation, age verification, or destination restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel shipment of any product where necessary to comply with supplier requirements, safety considerations, or applicable law.

11. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by law, title to products and risk of loss may pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided, or as otherwise determined by the applicable carrier or fulfillment terms.
