At JFC Medical Supplies, LLC (“JFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide quality medical supplies, nutrition products, personal care items, and related goods in a safe and reliable manner. Because many of the products we offer are health-related, hygiene-sensitive, ingestible, supplier-fulfilled, or otherwise safety-restricted, certain items are not eligible for return or refund except as expressly stated below.
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through our website and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. General Return Eligibility
Unless an item is listed as non-returnable, we may accept returns of eligible products that meet all of the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
For safety, sanitation, product-integrity, supplier, and regulatory reasons, the following items are generally final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law or where the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error:

opened or used products of any kind;

hygiene-sensitive items;

personal care items once opened;
-
nutrition products, including oral nutrition and similar ingestible products, once shipped, opened, or where resale is not permitted;

infant formula, except as required by law or in cases of damage, defect, or shipment error;

enteral feeding products once opened or used;
-
feeding bags, syringes, tubing, and similar single-patient-use items once opened;
-
prescription items or products requiring authorization, once processed or shipped;
-
custom-order, special-order, or made-to-order items;
-
products marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar language on the product page or at checkout;
-
any item that cannot be safely or lawfully resold.
Because your store involves medical and health-related goods, this kind of limitation should be disclosed clearly rather than buried in fine print. FTC guidance stresses that material ecommerce terms need to be clear and conspicuous online.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

damaged in transit,

defective,
-
materially different from what you ordered, or
-
shipped in error,

We may, in our discretion and subject to supplier/manufacturer review where applicable, offer one of the following remedies:

refund to the original payment method,

other appropriate resolution.
4. Return Authorization Required
Do not send products back without prior authorization.
Where a return is approved, we may provide:

return instructions,
-
a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”), if applicable,
-
the correct return address, which may be a supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, or third-party fulfillment location rather than our principal business address.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, lost in transit, or deemed ineligible for refund.
5. Supplier-Fulfilled / Dropship Orders
Because JFC primarily operates through supplier-supported dropshipping, certain return, restocking, cancellation, and refund outcomes may depend on:

supplier policies,

manufacturer requirements,

product type,
-
fulfillment status,
-
and condition of the returned product.
This means:

some items may not be cancelable after fulfillment begins;
-
some approved returns may be subject to supplier inspection;

some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, if disclosed at the time of approval or on the product page;

shipping timelines and return routing may vary by supplier.
If a seller advertises a shipping timeframe, FTC rules require shipping within that promised time; if no time is stated, the FTC’s Mail Order Rule generally requires shipment within 30 days.
6. Order Cancellations
Because many products are processed quickly through third-party suppliers, orders may only be canceled if the cancellation request is received and successfully processed before the order is submitted for fulfillment, picked, packed, specially ordered, or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable processing, supplier, or shipping charges where permitted by law and previously disclosed.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect shipment, the customer is generally responsible for:

return shipping costs,

original shipping charges,
-
optional shipping upgrades,
-
and any applicable restocking fee disclosed in connection with the return approval.
If the return is due to our verified error or a verified damaged/defective shipment, we may, in our discretion, provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
8. Inspection and Refund Processing
Approved returns must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
If the returned product does not meet the requirements of this Policy, we may:

deny the refund,

issue only a partial refund where appropriate and lawful,

return the item to you at your expense,

or offer store credit in our discretion.
If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, supplier review, and transaction method.
9. Refund Exceptions and Limitations
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request in cases involving:

signs of use, tampering, misuse, or alteration;

missing packaging, parts, accessories, or documentation;
-
health or safety concerns;
-
expired return window;
-
repeated abuse of the return policy;
-
suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized activity;
-
inability to verify purchase.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundles
If you purchase products as part of a promotion, bundle, discount offer, or coupon-based transaction:

refunds may be adjusted to reflect the promotional value received;

free items or bundled discounts may affect the refund amount;
-
certain promotional items may be final sale if disclosed in the offer terms.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed for an order that has already been refunded, replaced, or otherwise resolved, or where the dispute is inconsistent with this Policy, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide supporting documentation to the payment processor.
